My answer changed my career, my marriage, my body, and eventually my entire way of life. I left things I could no longer survive inside. I shed sixty pounds, and the tumor significantly shrank. For a long stretch, choosing myself meant walking alone as I embarked on healing my own inner world, beginning a new relationship of discovery with myself, and uncovering so many amazing new possibilities along the way.

I followed my dreams and built Sol Sacred Ranch single-handedly, complete with guesthomes now occupied by amazing women. I became a headlining poet, writer and published musician. A hypnotherapist. Healing Horse facilitator. A shamanic practitioner and a channel for divine communications. And recently I was inducted into Marquis Who’s Who America. Who knew?

I share all this because I know the particular vertigo of achieving an ambitious career, a comfortable and outwardly successful life, enjoying much of it then finding that something deeply meaningful was still missing. Me…my joy…my peace…my connection to the unseen world…my self-expression…creativity…my aliveness!

I know how convincing a person can be while quietly coming apart. And I deeply know the loneliness and discomfort of being the only one who can hear the things calling you that may feel radically different, unfamiliar, and perhaps even scary to face. And I know what it’s like to honor that inner knowing and to surrender into exploring new possibilities.

I’ve spent a lifetime pushing the boundaries of my own becoming following my dreams and visions. I listen and care deeply for others. I see the roots of patterned behavior, and intuitively hold space for meaningful reflective conversations that inspire others into their own possibilities.

Serving as a Sol Friend is my calling, and life’s work...

And it would be my absolute honor to walk beside you with unconditional positive regard, as you navigate your unique path ahead.
